According to the official K.H.A.S.I rules, the last 2 digits of the total counted arrows will be declared as the result for the day. For example, if exactly 1,599 arrows hit the target, the number 99 is officially declared to be the result. This mathematical derivation forms the basis of all our Common Number calculations.
Afternoon Shillong Teer: The Main Event
Once the Morning Teer concludes, the focus shifts to the massive afternoon events. According to the official schedules mandated by K.H.A.S.I, the afternoon event also features 2 rounds of shootings per day. The highly anticipated first round (F/R) begins precisely at 3:30 PM and concludes at 3:45 PM with the declaration of the first number.
Following a brief interval, the archers regroup for the second round (S/R), which commences at 4:30 PM and ends at 4:45 PM, wrapping up the daily localized operations.

On the contrary, whether it is Morning Teer or the afternoon Shillong Teer, these games are fully recognized and highly regulated. The counters function strictly under the Meghalaya Amusements and Betting Tax Act.
